For New Clients
What is a Referral Code and what does it do?
It is a referral code you enter at checkout. This lowers the bill for Dimov Audit Services. It also tells us which current client sent you our way.
How much is the discount?
Using the referral code generates a price reduction in accordance with the total bill:
- $15 off for bills ranging from $180 to $299.99.
- $30 off for bills ranging from $300 to $499.99.
- $40 off for bills ranging from $500 to $694.99.
- $50 off for bills of $695 or higher.
This referral code stays valid for six months after purchasing services from us. Also, we limit the number of new accounts we take annually, considering our high work standards. Once we hit that number — the offer ends.
For Existing Clients
Why should I share my Referral Code?
It is possible to hand this code to colleagues & family or friends. If they use it to pay their bill, you earn money back. We send the reward to the card or bank account used for your most recent Dimov Audit payment, based on the same tier amounts above.
I worked with you a year ago and never got a code.
We have been sharing referral codes with our partners in the last 3 years. In the case that you did not get one, just tell us. We will fix it.
I lost my code. How do I find it?
If you think you have the code but cannot locate it, email hello@dimovtax.com. Please list the email you paid with and indicate roughly when you paid. We will help you track it down.
New client validation & troubleshooting
The referral code should be applied at the final payment screen. Our system generally cannot apply discounts retroactively in the case of a transaction that is finalized.
Efficient Checklist
- Copy & paste — transfer the code directly from the source to prevent mistakes
- Spacing — there should be no hidden spaces — at the end or in the beginning
- Verify total — confirm the discount is mirrored in the balance before clicking "Pay"
- Retain records — confirmation email should be saved for future reference
In case of a failure
- Inspect for "look-alike" characters — like the letter O vs the number 0
- Re-copy the code from the original email
- Get in touch with our team for full resolution
Referrer rewards — distribution & adjustments
Referral rewards are issued as refunds to the payment method — card / bank account — used for the latest Dimov Audit transaction.

Protocols & post-payment onboarding
The referral program only requires a code and contact email. For security, existing clients should not send tax or audit files for the person they refer.
Referral Standards
- Only the code and the contact email should be shared — do not share portal screenshots or invoices
- Never transmit Social Security numbers or account statements — via text or unencrypted channels
Preparing for Intake
Once payment is validated, you will receive a portal invitation. In order to have a prompt kickoff, the following items should stand ready for upload:
- Prior reports — previous filings or audit reports relevant to the new engagement
- Official notices — any government correspondence featuring deadlines
- Project Summary — an outline of the entities & dates and scope requiring review
