Biography

Alexander Chertok is an Audit Manager who leads the audit team and oversees the full cycle of audit engagements performed under GAGAS (Government Auditing Standards / Yellow Book), Single Audit requirements under Uniform Guidance, GAAS (Generally Accepted Auditing Standards), and PCAOB standards.

With over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, Alexander has developed deep expertise in external auditing, budgeting, management accounting, and financial control. Over the past decade, he has focused on senior audit roles across a range of industries, including retail, information technology, manufacturing, and nonprofit organizations.

Alexander holds DipIFR and ACCA qualifications and is certified in Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS / Yellow Book). He maintains ongoing professional development through annual continuing professional education in accounting, auditing, and ethics.
